As the pandemic continues with no end in sight, are you finding that:

  • You have trouble remembering what day of the week it is?
  • You have a really short fuse these days?
  • You are feeling stressed, anxious and isolated?
  • You are wondering what your holidays will look like this year?
  • You feel you really need a place to commiserate and connect with others?

The Lunch Bunch, A COVID Reaction Support Group, is being formed to provide you with just the space and support you need! We will talk about and share how the pandemic has affected your life in ways both big and small. Coping strategies and self-care tips to help you will be discussed.

Connecting with others to talk about your experiences and how you can navigate through it all can offer a great sense of relief and much needed humor to lighten the load. There have been times during these many months of change, that I have struggled with a great sense of loss… the loss of physical connection, routine, certainty. Through it all, adjusting to new ways of connection has brought a great sense of comfort and hope.

It is this sense of comfort and hope that I want to bring to our Lunch Bunch group. Providing this outlet to express what this time has been like for you and knowing that you are not alone is what Lunch Bunch is all about. Give me a call to get more information and see if this is the right fit for you.

Our group will meet twice a month via Zoom beginning:
